Donna Winslow Sensei, Yondan, has many years of practice behind her belt, and is the co-founder of Montreal Zanshinkai. After many years in Netherlands, she moved back to Ottawa, and we are truly privileged to have her firm and insightful guidance. 

Terry Lunam Sensei, Sandan, serves as the chief instructor at our dojo. He was one of the founding members of the Ottawa Aikikai under Richard Ostrofski Sensei and was one of two originators of the Ottawa Valley Aikido Co-op. He graded Shodan for Yamada Shihan and Kanai Shihan in 1992. In 1998, Terry Sensei was greatly inspired at the semimar by Mitsugi Saotome Shihan and soon after joined Hoang-Thai Nhan, Zanshin Dojo, in Montréal as senior student for the next 8 years. He graded for Nidan, with the ASU in 2002 and continued practicing under Thai Sensei until 2007.
